Hmm Scrum. Initial impression is quite amazing. The total team work and visibility. This video tutorial Learn Scrum under 10 Minutes is quite helpful in understanding the basic idea behind this. I think daily Scrum meeting can be good to implement by all the developers in their projects.

Schmedley.com is having Ajax based features which is displaying search results from THREE main search engines YAHOO, GOOGLE and LIVE Search. Interface is quite good.
